• Update Your Client Portal
  • If you haven’t updated your client portal for this enrollment season, please do that now. Make sure we have your current doctors, prescriptions, pharmacies, and coverage preferences. If you’ve already updated it, thank you. You’re all set.
• Keep Your Plan Termination Notice
  • Please keep the notice you received telling you that your current plan is ending. We may need it to confirm your Guaranteed Issue eligibility if you decide to explore Medicare Supplement coverage.
• You Have Additional Time Because Your Plan Is Ending
  • The end of Annual Enrollment on December 7 does not end your opportunity to make a change. Your plan termination gives you special enrollment rights beyond December 7. If you want your replacement coverage to begin January 1, make your decision by December 31.
